It tastes good and not hard to drink it at all. But it is pricy and I feel I might need to consider cheaper brands.

Consistent help for gut health. Eases stomach first thing in morn, before meal, in glass of warmish water. Tastes yummy. Down to half scoop after awhile of use. Mix with electrolyte powder. Always high, consistent quality. Pricey but worth it. Use daily over time.

This was way too sweet for me. I did not experience any improvement with L-glutamine.
