It hydrates well, but it also stimulates a lot because of the caffeine content. If you take it in the evening, I recommend taking half.

I love the taste, and that it contains trace minerals on top of other minerals. It is better taken in the morning as it contains caffeine. I like that there is no sugar in it. I use it when I am not practicing sports (when practicing sports I take the one with sugar).

I use the product during workouts by dissolving two tablets in one liter of plian filtered water in a glass bottle. It helps replenish electrolytes during heavy sweating and is one tube to convenient to bring along while training. That said, it does have 50 mg of caffeine, so it may not be suitable for those who wish to avoid caffeine completely. Natural flavor is used and is clearly noticeable, e/g much better than orange artificial flavor. The price was reasonable for a multi-tube pack. Other brands have more additives and more expensive as single tubes. It lists non GM corn starch, but in such small amounts is an acceptable trade-off. I'd purchase again for summer heat and humidity
The taste is pretty mild and it takes some time to fully dissolve in the water.
Much better than the powdered version. These don't make me nauseous. They're expensive, but with the discount, the price was reasonable. Without the discount, I certainly wouldn't have bought them. I replenish my fluid intake during hot flashes. The supplement dissolves well. I take it once a day, and the taste hasn't bothered me yet.
