Each gummie has a very balanced gentle apple taste. Doesn’t contain any sugar nor it contains artificial sugars, only natural alcohol based sugars. Better for those on a diet. We bought it because of the ingredients: apple cider vinegar *with the mother* and malic acid. Very high quality ingredients for detox, supports general health and very Good for digestion. I bought it to support weight loss but I guess it should take over 3 months to see any results, though it does reduce my appetite. Anyways, it’s just what I was looking for. Best for those who can’t drink raw apple cider vinegar since it’s very sour but still want to enjoy the many health benefits it has. For dosage I take up to 4 gummies since it's sooo tasty! Warning: addictive! I’m very happy with my purchase and continue to buy more! Do not eat more than 4, if you eat too much (like I do) it can make you feel nauseous a bit. These are delicious! I love the taste and they actually did help me lose weight. I was eating healthy and exercising regularly, but I had hit a plateau. After I tried these, I lost the last few pounds pretty quickly. You can smell the apple cider vinegar when you open the bottle and sniff, but you won't taste it at all! Definitely recommend and I love that they're vegan friendly.

The best way to take apple cider vinegar, as a treat! This is my little dessert, just wish it was cheaper.

Been taking New Nordic Apple Cider tablets for a while and they are working fine. But I decided to try the Gummies and am totally in love with these!! So easy to take and they seem to work just as well. I would not take Gummies for vitamins and various other supplelments but New Nordic are very good quality, no sugar. So this is my new "go to" from now on. Do not hesitate to try them.

These gummies make ACV easy to take without mixing in water or enduring the sour taste. The flavor is good, though without “the mother,” I’m unsure if all the benefits are fully present.
