Very disappointed in this product as a dark skinned lady. Was hoping it would be as good as Anastasia. Appears beautiful on the palm however on application to the brow, it looks grayish. Really not great for dark skin, don’t buy. It however has a good packaging, doesn’t come with a brush

You need a brush to paint, but the finish is great! If you don't mind the stickiness, it feels like a light oil. If you don't touch it, it's fine. Not bad. Good value for money.
