The flavour is nice it’s chewy and soft. I usually take 2 gummies 15-30mins before sleep. It’s works for me sometimes but not every time. When it works it will make me feel asleep around in 20mins. I like chew it more than taking pills. And the more good things is it’s sugar free.
Work as described, i slept well. Taste is good, effects fast, don't make me feel tired after i wake up.

My wife loves these—they really help her sleep. I’m on the fence, though. In most countries outside the U.S., they require a prescription, which makes me a little uneasy about messing with my sleep hormones. They definitely do what they’re supposed to, but I’m not sure if they’re right for me.

one of the better brands and quality i have used for my children, they don't argue as much as they used to on other gummies they are small enough for a 7 yr old to chew with no issues and they all love the flavour with only needing one instead of two to make up 5mg they sleep better and mum gets more sleep instead of being awake until early am hrs.
The Vitafusion melatonin gummies have no foul taste. I like the Maz 10mg better because i can decide and manage my dosage based on how i'm feeling, one gummy 5mg, 2 gummies 10mg. It is very effective in making me fall asleep and staying asleep till morning without waking up groggy.
