I have Never received the bag!!

I love the purse but the color is no where near what is displaces Trying to decide if I want to keep it But I like the style

Such a beautiful bag! I have wanted it for a very long time and finally bought it. It arrived, it was so gorgeous I opened it up and the magic bubble busted - the inside of the bag is horrible - the color of the inside looks like grandpas underwear. I honestly could not get it out of my head and returned the bag. Why to put an effort to design such a great bag with great materials only to ruin it with a sloppiness and corner cuttings? I had hard time to get over it but im done.

I was a bit surprised when the bag arrived wadded up. It was shoved into a plastic bag and smashed. I’m disappointed with the quality of the bag. It’s ok, just not what I expected.

Love this bag; it’s gorgeous. However the zipper is defective and cannot contain a pull. Loved the bag enough, I actually considered having the zipper replaced. However, I decided to return it instead. I may try buying a second one and just hope the first was a fluke.

Very wrinkled, structure appears to be made of cardboard. Bought a second one thinking the first was a manufacturing defect. Returned both.
