I was searching for a flannel duvet cover and this came up in the search. It is NOT flannel. I kept it b/c it said 100% cotton. The texture was terrible but I thought maybe washing it would fix it - it DID NOT! It feels like nylon or plastic. Do not buy this product!
if you enjoy cozy, duvets stay away from this one. The material is so scratchy it feels mainly close to denim.
The reversible tartan prints are lovely and striking but even after washing twice the fabric is still a bit stiff. I believe it will get softer as it’s used. It’s a true 4/5 star product, just wish the material was not crunchy
Bought this because I wanted more of a mountain cabin feel, and was pretty disappointed. The colors are great, but the fabric is like plastic. Maybe my bad for not understanding 180 thread count, but it was so loud to sleep in, like sleeping on a plastic sheet. It bothered my person's eczema so much that even I started itching. I thought maybe it would soften after washing, but nope. Still stiff. I ended up returning it.
Comforter just as pictured, great color. The texture is fairly scratchy and unpleasant but after two washes if it softening up a little, hoping it will continue to soften.

Hopefully over time it will soften more after it has been through a few washes. I would recommend this item. Super cute. Washed it and put it on comforter. It's not quite as soft as I would want it to be but it will work on guest bed in our vacation rental. I think it will hold up well to multiple washings
