I never received it. I was simply told that it had been left at my door, without anyone properly investigating what actually happened. All my small packages and jewelry are normally delivered directly to my mailbox. It is very disappointing that you do not support or protect a loyal customer who has been shopping with your company for more than 30 years.

It’s a beautiful necklace, but I do not like the clasp, it’s terrible! Glad I bought insurance.

This necklace, which comes in various gemstones plus a very nice lustrous pearl in the center is perfect for any occasion or just with jeans and a tee. The quality is wonderful and the saturation of color in the gemstone is is what you want. The nacre of the pearl is spot-on!

I got this item on sale and it is worth for the sale price. The piece itself is durable and does not look cheap. The only thing I would recommend to maybe have it shorter. Other than that the necklace is beautiful.

Macy’s should be ashamed of, after waiting weeks, I received a completely different color of necklace. I ordered the green. The person that packaged this should be reprimanded. It is unacceptable to wait this long to receive a dark, almost black, item when it clearly says on the packing list and in all other detail of the order that it should be the EMERALD GREEN necklace. I’m so disappointed and sad. It should be known how negligent and careless your staff is.
