well, agree with other negative reviews - even though the cup is beautiful and looks great, its cover is not good at all, it spills A LOT when you turn it down, not even like fully upside down but just tilting slightly - that what I tested right away when I received the cup. looks like whomever designed this cover did not have "don't leak" checkbox as a requirement. It's frustrating considering the price. Will return 😒

I bought multiple ones because the lid is simple and easy to wash. It does keep the drink hot/warm/cold for many hours. I also love that I can get replacement lids because for some reason, one of the lid was broken in the dish washer after few years use. Some things to improve: 1. There is a very tiny silicon piece on the lid. It always goes missing. So the colored open/close piece on the lid is loose. 2. The replacement lid doesn't come with multiple colors.
