I purchased the tan colored bag online and was expecting a thicker canvas so was a bit disappointed on that aspect of it. However, the size works for me. It is very roomy and i use this for work. I am able to tuck in my lunch tote, water bottle an all the other things we like to throw in a bag. Bottom line; one bag and my laptop heading in to work. I have been using it for two winters now and it does stretch a bit but I still love how much I can get into the bag. I even used it as my second carry-on bag on a recent trip.

I was excited to get this bag, but after just a couple of days using it, I discovered it is not for me. It does not hold its shape and is a bit bigger than expected. The books and such that i use it for just slide all over inside and then deform the bag. No support on the bottom to keep items steady, they just fall towards the center. I discarded the packing it came in, therefore I cannot return.
