I wish I could tell you how wonderful this bracelet looks, but Macy's has failed me for the 2nd Christmas in a row. Last year it cancelled my order abruptly and this year it sent me the wrong item. It then said it would get me the replacement by Christmas and it is now coming the day after. They used to care about customers, now they only offer sorry for the inconvenience. To me, ruining someone's Christmas is not just an "inconvenience." I gave them a 2nd chance. Next Christmas, I won't.
