It works fine for me, I like it. Too bad there are no replacement parts I can purchase for the files as they become used.

I should’ve known the price was too good to be true. This product is faulty and shouldn’t even be sold. None of the interchangeable heads fit into the slot. They’re very loose and spin off. I would have returned this if I hadn’t thrown the packaging away .
