The cost of silver has gone up, so quality has been compromised. I bought these about 4 years ago and needed a replacement.The quality of same brand has deteriorated. I see other brands doing similar modifications -very thin earwires. These sterling hoops are not a good value for the even the sale price.

Pretty earrings but somewhat larger than i wanted.
I really love the earrings and thought that they looked beautiful. But on the very first day I wore them for a full length of a day they broke. Chipped at the end of its hook, and because of that couldn’t close properly. So I’ve purchased a new pair and returned the old pair in hopes that I will get a better one.
