I just received it, as soon as I opened it the bad, awful smell is almost impossible to tolerate. I will leave it outside and I hope the smell disappears or I will send it back.

Terrible do not purchase. Do not waste your time with these memory foam pillows.

Although I haven't had the pillow very long, so far it's wonderful. I'm a side sleeper and i's super comfortable.

This pillow is quite thick and firm, which is what I was seeking. It works very well for me.

This body pillow seems well made lacks only one very important deal breaker IMO- adjustability! Although there is a zipper, its only to remove bamboo case for washing. I assumed there was also a zipper to remove abundance of foam to adjust to my needs and was very disappointed. No Zipper for this important purpose, as we are all different in body size etc, why would the manufacturer omit this feature in a very expensive body pillow? So looking for tailor to possibly add zipper which now adds to cost- otherwise pillow unusable! I dont expect to hear from manufacturer but really would like to know why zipper to adjust foam comfort was not part of the plan.

I bought this pillow for my daughter to use after knee replacement surgery. She has had body pillows before and she said this is the most comfortable pillow she has ever used. It holds its shape and doesn’t flatten out. She loves it! I highly recommend.
