Pricey, but good quality. Should've been included in 16-piece knife block set to fill empty slot for the money.

I’ve used Zwilling Pro-S knives for over 25 years now because of their balance, quality, and sharpness. This boning knife is no exception. Processes poultry, and meat like buttah. Great knives for a lifetime of use.

Almost all of my Chef knives are Zwilling Professional S series. These are by far my favorite knives. Not only for their sharpness, but the balance of the knife when holding it/using it, in your hand. I have had my Professional S series knives for a LONG time and they hold up well to all types of culinary uses. This is my first boning knife and I really like how much flex there is to the blade so it gets in close to cut and is great for removing skin off of fish.

I process all of my own meat. This knife is a must. Holds a blade like no other knife I have used before.

When I received the shipment if was packaged very carefully. I was amazed at the care taken to protect the product. I have owned and used Zwilling pro knives for over 20 years. Wouldn't use anything else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is sharp and flexible. 5.5 inch is a perfect length to cover most cuts that needs bones removed. Th blade design also makes cutting more precise and end up wasting less meat.
