I bought the coat as a gift for my husband. He likes it but finds it a little large.

I never received delivery of the item. And neither Macy’s nor UPS did anything to locate and finalize the delivery of the item to me. UPS’ system refused to address and rectify the error. And Macy’s refused to take responsibility for locating and finalizing the delivery. My only recourse was to agree to accept Macy’s offer of a full refund. Macy’s has alienated me as a customer for all time…

Love my London Fog trench coat! Well designed, good fit, stylish. I only wish they carried them in the store. I prefer to see, touch, feel and try on the clothes I buy. But this online order worked out.

I usually run cold so for me this coat is perfect for 45-55 degree weather with the insulated liner. It’s very comfortable and feels heavy duty. I receive good compliments when I have it on. My family has dubbed it the Columbo coat from the TV show Columbo. I don’t like the belt, it was too small and useless; coat fit perfect but the belt did not and I don’t have a big gut. The buttons are poorly stitched and will need future attention. With all that I would buy this coat again and recommend.
