The chains is very thin and came with several knots. Took me a few hours to get them out, 1 j was not able to bit jt is small enough not to be noticeable.

Nice for little girls. The items came very late. I purchased other items and when these necklaces arrived I returned them.

This “17” inch chain is really a 10 inch chain ! It’s made for a child or preteen, NOT an adult. The heart is very pretty and sparkles., if u keep it you’d hv yo get a longer chain.

Macy's need to do better when it comes to there necklaces because it a headache when you constantly have to pay to get the chain fixed it very thin like a string and it also not good for kid's if almost all your good gold necklaces is like that because if I wanted to buy a pendant only I would of do so but with the amount of money you charge for these necklaces they should be way better then to this horrible.
