I was very excited to receive these pillows and was just truly disappointed. It is not worth the price at all! As soon as you lay your head down it goes completely flat! I would not recommend!

After using this pillow for over a month on and off , I can say that they are definitely very bad for my neck. I was hoping to replace my old pillow with this new one but every time I use the pillow, I get neck pain. Unfortunately, I couldn’t returned them because I didn’t keep the original packaging and Macy’s didn’t accepted my return although it was during the return period and I have the bar code to return them. I must say that I am very dissatisfied with the pillows and very disappointed with Macy’s customer service.

I have been trying for years to find the right pillow and these are perfect!!

I like the way they plump up and they are soft to lie on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on this pillow for a few days now, so far good. It’s comfortable to sleep on, it looks well filled but it flattens once you lay on it. There’s only about an inch between my head and bed. My head literally sinks down in the middle of the pillow. It does fluff up back. My husband laid on it and then refuses to sleep in it as it s too low for him. I am good with it. I choose these pillows because they say they keep you cool, well that hasn’t happen to me, I am going thru peri-menopause and was hoping this pillow would help keep me cool but it doesn’t. I am good with these pillows so far. I can’t say how they will hold up with time since I have only had them for a few days.

At first I was a bit skeptical because I had used down pillows in the past just to have feathers poking out after the first night. These are made so well, I haven't seen the first feather. These state they are for summer or winter and I have to tell you, I am a hot sleeper. I often wake up sweating with wet hair and all. So far I have not had that issue with these pillows. They are very breathable. Also, they bounce back into shape as soon as my head leaves the pillow. They are definitely some of the most comfortable pillows I have ever owned.

And I am very happy with these pillows there are very comfortable cool pillows that help me sleep at nigh because of the comfort and support that helps my neck. They are great quality pillows that I definitely recommend if looking for a new pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these pillows for over a week now. I have to say I am really disappointed. Since, they come from Serta I did expect better. These pillows do feel really cool, they don't hold heat like other feather pillows. Despite the covering being so thick I have feathers everywhere. These pillows aren't very thick either. I did resort to putting them in a zippered pillowcase, then put that pillowcase inside a regular pillowcase. Having them in two pillowcase minimizes the cooling effect.
