Very good quality, long brush for eyebrows and lashes. It is a longer spoolie brush, very efficient for brushing eyebrow powder.

I bought two of these. one for brows and one for lashes. Love the long handle. The fuzzy end has enough bristles to do the job right. Much better than using a tiny travel version.
