This is one of my favorite JM scents! Repurchased over and over again!

Jo Malone's Blackberry & Bay Cologne smells absolutely beautiful — fresh, crisp, and sophisticated with a realistic blackberry scent balanced by green bay leaves and subtle woods. It feels elegant without being overly sweet, and the opening is genuinely addictive. Unfortunately, the longevity is extremely disappointing for the price. On my skin, the scent fades within about 30 minutes, becoming barely noticeable unless I spray heavily or reapply throughout the day. I understand Jo Malone fragrances are meant to be lighter and more subtle, but this one disappears far too quickly to justify the cost. If you love fresh, natural berry fragrances, the scent itself is wonderful. Just be prepared for very weak staying power.

I been a long time loyal Jo Malone customer and I know my favorites very well from past experiences. I loved Blackberry & Bay Cologne and purchased few times in the past. I remember the fragrancy was rich and stayed with me for few days. Unfortunately everything changed. Last Fall I purchased a mew 100ml bottle and noticed that fragrancy is so weak, very thin and gone in few seconds. What a shame, what a disappointment. I concerted customer service via chat and bene promised that someone will get in touch via e-mail, unfortunately it was ignored. Not only fancy quality of Jo Malone is went down but customer service as well. It seems like someone strategically reduced quality so bad thinking that it will run on previous admiration. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

I have purchased this same scent in the past, though a much smaller bottle, because I bought it for myself and this is quite the splurge for me. I just celebrated a big birthday, and my husband was so sweet to gift me a large bottle of Blackberry and Bay, my all-time favorite scent. He was so sweet and proud to have it engraved, but regrettably, I can't return the item now. While the scent itself isn't disappointing, the quality has dramatically changed. In the past, this fragrance lasted all day; people would always notice it, and I would catch a whiff and be in heaven even into the evening. Or after work my husband would notice I smelled delightful and it felt nice to feel good about myself in that way. Probably sounds silly. Now I feel totally let down. I'm not often treated to something so pricey, and to not be satisfied is awfully disappointing.

This perfume was not what I was hoping for. I was under the impression from reviews and product descriptions that it'd be a little fruity and woody. However, what I perceived was something that was just screechy and unpleasant. This was the olfactory equivalent of sticking little knives up your nostrils. I'm a little put off because this was part of an order I made that was filled with similar duds; all except one perfume I got gave the same reaction. Wouldn't recommend.

This scent was my favorite when picking out something for my husband so I had to get it, the only thing is it doesn't last very long!

Instead of spending all the money on advertising a product that is not the same fragrance as the original, Why not put the money into the quality the original once had. I used to get stopped in the grocery store by people asking about my fragrance . Now I am searching for a replacement. Disappointed

I was so excited to find this scent on my first trip to Jo Malone in DC! And had a great in store experience. But when I put it on with 4 initial sprays on my wrists, I found it always lasts less than 1 hour on me. This is compared to my husband who selected a "cologne intense" scent, which lasts for hours on him. I am so sad that I won't be buying this again, because I really do love the scent.

I bought this exact cologne in Europe and absolutely loved the smell. It was weak yeah but still somehow usable, it's not a regular perfume, not even a fraction. You have to use like 5-6 sprays over you and hope it will last at least one hour.... So now I bought this same cologne Blackberry bay in US. The biggest size 100ml. And I really don't know why it just smells different. It smells more like an alcohol, more like something for a male and not female and also is even weaker than the Europe version. I literally have to use like 8 sprays over me, on neck, on shirt, on wrists and still, I tested it, no one is going to smell that unless they literally dig their face on your skin and even then they will be like, yeah I can smell something really weak..... Its biggest disappointment because the smell of the European version was so beautiful... and this is just water with hint of something similar.... shame.... not buying again.... Why would I want to spray myself with something no one else can smell not even a fraction?

I got compliments every single time when I wear it. I spray a lot before leaving home in the morning, but it lasts forever as long as I do not take a shower. I also would like to spray it onto my hair. I have been using this one for many years just love it!!
