I was really excited to receive this bracelet, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the quality. It arrived with multiple visible scratches and marks, especially on the clasp, making it look used or poorly finished. For a bracelet at this price point and from a brand like UNOde50, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. The design is beautiful, but the condition it arrived in is simply not acceptable for a brand-new item. Definitely disappointing and not worth the price based on the one I received

Wrong size
I ordered the beaded bracelet in a size xl, and when I got the email confirmation it said a size m. I called the customer service line and the guy assured me it was an xl. Low and behold it was not.

Too small & inferior clasp
I have medium to small wrists and never have a problem with bracelet size. This bracelet not only runs small, but the clasp is very hard to secure and very difficult to remove. It’s going back. Usually Uno de 50 jewelry is very well made and heavily plated. It’s my go-to everyday jewelry. Disappointed.

Cheap product and way overpriced.
Beware! Even with good caretaking, this product tarnishes within months and looks like cheap costume jewelry. I can’t believe the positive reviews. My guess is that they are from shops, sales people, and sponsors.
