The warehouse marked their inventory wrong for this item. I was sent the wrong pair of boots twice (after processing an exchange/return the first time) for the exact same product but in wool (ordered brown leather). Customer service ensured and verified that the correct item would be sent, but to my disappointment that was not the case-don't waste your time and find another boot.
Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've ever had purchasing a boot. I was going to return it because it was so disappointing but I left the boot on top of my truck while putting the baby in the car seat and the boots fell out of my truck. Just wish I had gotten what I saw on the picture and then of this would have happened

Beautifully crafted boot with wingtip design at the toe. Combination eyelets and speed laces make this boot easy to take on and off. The footbed is very comfortable and the Goodyear rubber sole will last a lifetime. This boot is a must-have for dressing up or down.
So far, so good. It wears well and seems sturdy. I've only worn it once, but it's fashionable and elegant and therefore a great buy for the money spent.
