Even with ordering my watch online and taking it into the store to be made smaller the clerk was very pleasant and helpful.

Nice and beautiful! Its my second time ordering. One time i return it as the box was old. Watch look use not secure with plastic flim to protect the belt and face of the watch. Clock have were ticking so the battery was in use, guess tag was missing. So totally did not got the good quatity vibes. I gave second chance as i really wanted this watch. Its same price and picture on guess website but i trust macys shipping process more than the guess company. So i order it as usauall cover box was torn and look old and written some numbers on the cover. All good inside but package was same belt and face not secured with plastic flim compare to Cc watch and citizen watch i order for my husband. This time battery was not in use and did had guess tag too. As i mention i wanted this watch so i decided to keep it and plus there were no scratches. Only 3 star for watch it self. ( no proper factory packaging or presentation. Just feel like regular watch )
