It is good quality pan. the cooking surface is smooth and heat evenly. I also like that the outside has a coating that makes it easy to clean, grease and food residue come off easily. As for the price, it is expensive than the average. I hope it stays longer.
We use this pan almost daily. It’s perfect, cleans easily, is nonstick, if you use it per the directions. Love it
Love this medium size pan. I had a small one and a large one and this one is perfect for more than one serving of things.
I have purchased "non-stick" cookware in the past and it really wasn't non-stick. These pans truly are non-stick. THANK YOU!!! I'm buying more for my adult children!

Best pan I ever bought., are they pricey sure but they are quality pans. I have 2 others and needed a 3rd, they hold up nicely to everyday cooking. I also hand wash my pans.
I was searching for a quality made pan with nonstick finish. I found myself considering those made from carbon steel, stainless and hybrids, but none guaranteed absolute nonstick qualities. So I continued searches with highest quality nonstick surfaces and naturally went to Le Creuset Toughened Nonstick Pro pans. We use our crepe pan for frying bacon, easy over eggs, pancakes -- those foods that cannot tolerate sticking. This pan is so well made which is inherent in this brand. After 2 months of almost daily use I am very satisfied and appreciate the high quality of their manufacturing and when used and following care instructions, are health safe. I would anticipate years of service and am confident of that.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good pan. It will eventually loose some of it’s non stick quality. But we cook oil free which is challenging. The low sides make it great for pancakes, perigees, grilled sandwiches, and crepes of courses. This was our second purchase.
