Bought because I wanted a sharp utility knife fits the bill

This knife is ok, it us not as sharp as I expected Ted and it is becoming dull as we use it.

This is a great knife. I use it a lot! Highly recommend.

I just got my Henckels Solution 5.5-inch Prep Knife yesterday and gave it a test run. I was so incredibly disappointed by the feel of the cuts. The bevels have an uneven ground, so now I actually have to spend time to fix this blade. I have a Definition chef's knife from over 6 years ago that's still better this this new prep knife. I can't believe that this is the standard of quality control now.

Nice and sharp and smaller so i don't have to grab the big knife all the time. Fits nicely in my hand and seems well balanced. Thanks Henckel fo making such a great product!
