Нож HENCKELS Solution 7" Hollow Edge Santoku

I bought this knife as a replacement to my Henckels Santoku I've had for years. This is NOT the same quality. Lightweight, not very good steel, and stamped "Made in India". Returning it for a QUALITY knife made in Germany.

The design of the blade prevents vegetables from sticking to the knife as you cut. The fine edge allows for precision cutting, preparing dinner is so much easier with this 7” Santoku knife.
