Great paring knife. Happy that I purchased. Very sharp so right after I use I hand wash, put it in a knife sleeve and put it in it’s own special place so no one in the house can ruin my paring knife. There’s nothing like a good paring knife.

This was exactly the size paring knife I was missing in my Henckels collection--not too long, not too short, just right. I imagine this will become my paring knife of choice, unless I'm slicing something very small or very large. It has all of the Henckels features and quality that I expected, and look forward to using it for years to come.

Well worth the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cutting knife but no matter what you do the steel looks smudged always. I bought this to replace a 10 year Zwilling Artis knife that broke while I was trying to cut a big piece of fried pork belly. This knife is bigger than that paring knife. Overall, I am not a fan of the hilt being different than the rest of my Zwilling Artis knife, and the smudging that I may give this to the mother in law and buy a Zwilling gourmet version.
