I never got my order, who and how was it returned.

I ordered these online so I took a chance with the size. The color and look of the booties was great, but unfortunately the fit was not. They were way too big, and the top of the boot stood away from my leg, making them really uncomfortable. Had to return them.

Those booties are a classic! They are absolutely beautiful. The leather is soft and flexible. I sized up since I purchased online but there’s no need to. The shoe mold to your feet the first time you wear them. The reviews were so so, but I’m glad I took the leap of faith. They’re good for casual dressing and perfect for special occasions. I use mine for church and I love them!

Finally I found a gorgeous ankle bootie. Now I must find the perfect coat to match

Really like the booties, cute & comfy. Heel is a little higher than I expected, but still comfortable.

Boots arrived but were wrong size and wrong color. I ordered grey boots in a 9M. Received black boots in a 5 M.

These boots are the perfect gray color! The leather is so soft and the design makes it possible to wear all day long!!

Nice boots. I like the style and fit nice. Great fall boot to add to your wardrobe. Gray is hard to find.
