Not microwaveable very low quality. I would take it back but throwing was more easy. Do not buy this item.

This item never arrived.

I received the item, but one of the balls is broken. I want to exchange just this. Is there a way to do this?

The dinner set has a multiple size bowls for multi usage & it also has a set of 6 plates each size. It's simple but elegant looks is good for serving guests or for a large family. Happy to purchase.

The dishes chip easily. After using these dishes about 4x weekly for the last month, I am sad to say that three dinner plates, and two salad plates chipped around the rim on the underside. I handwash the dishes about half the time and the other half they are placed in dishwasher. No children use the dishes, my dishwasher is brand new, and my sink has protector mats, so I have no idea how/why they are chipped. I am happy with the look and feel and sizes still, but I would be upset if I paid full price. Luckily, when I bought, they were on deep sale price.

Very nice dinnerware set except one of the cereal bowls was broken. Tried to contact the manufacturer but didn't receive a response.

Color is off-white & I would have to classify many of the pieces in this set as 2nds or even 3rds in quality. I've had to speak to 6 different people at Macy's (4 not speaking understandable English) to order the proper paperwork for return. I'm a frequent Macy's shopper, & usually quality is very good, so disappointed I'll now have to shop elsewhere for this intended gift.

Superb set with so many bowl options! Items feel good in my hands, and they wash and stack well. Classy dishes without being massively overpriced. This set is very nice! Did receive package with two broken plates. Called Macy's and within 2 days of my call they had already sent me the replacements. I can easily recommend this pretty dish set!

I ordered a set of dishes, it arrived and the big plate was broken, so only a return! Very upset, because I wanted to have such a set at home. Apparently the packaging is not so reliable, that the plate broke.
