[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My foaming soap dispenser stopped working. I contacted OXO to see if there was a replacement part to fix. You all were very generous and sent me a new non-foaming soap dispenser. It’s not the same product. It shoots out a squirt of soap that goes everywhere instead of foam. Not what i was expecting. o was expecting.

We like the look and the operation of these dispensers. I bought 2 a couple of years ago for another home, and one has held up great, the other appears to be losing its finish. I hope these new ones hold up well.

This soap dispenser is pretty nice. The aesthetic is normal and fits in with the theme of my house. The design is very basic and it’s a pretty good size.

The dispenser looks much better and is a nice upgrade from the store bought plastic dispensers. The only complaint is that it requires more force to pump with one hand, and sometimes it's best to use two hands which is not always practical.
