The worst place I have EVER ordered from and this experience has me in the place of never EVER ordering anything again online even though I know other places would never treat a customer like Macys treated me especially lying to me is the most horrible thing I’ve ever experienced with any company like Macys.

Caught this neat hat when it went on sale, & really like it. Didn’t realize when I bought it that was ( in my opinion) more of a winter time hat than summer, based on the material, but it didn’t change my overall opinion. Wore beautifully, very comfy, & kept its shape nicely. Wish it came in different colors. Will enjoy wearing it for many years hopefully.

Love this hat! The adjustable strap in the headband works great for the perfect fit. And the adjustable strap holds perfect.

I purchased the gray a couple years ago and receive compliments every time I wear it. It’s a floppy brim which is beyond cute. Two months ago I ordered the other two colors. The brim is not as big. It’s two rings less of fabric. Disappointed 😩 Still ok, but certainly not as cute as it was with wider brim.

This will be a great hat to wear in the fall. I purchasd it in Iron Grey and it is unlike other hats I own. Beautiful.

I love this hat because my 9 year old daughter is willing to wear it, even on hot days! She just wore it on a fairly strenuous hike on a day that hit 85 degrees. And she generally overheats easily!

I love this hat! I bought it in iron grey and liked it so much that I went back and bought the black marble. I like the grey color best. I wear it all of the time and I get compliments every time wear it. People will just walk up to me on the street, in a store or hiking trail and tell me what a great hat I have on!! It is really warm for winter and I use it for casual wear, hiking and walking my dog. I don't ever want to be without this hat, it is a must have item in my wardrobe!

I bought this hat at a brick and mortar store in April of 2021, and loved it. Felt cute! Although not a natural fiber, the texture of the fabric is very attractive and durable, and the trim stayed in great shape even as I wore it in the snow, in the water, camping, gardening, and also running errands. I'm pretty hard on my clothes, and this hat held up well to all adventures without looking like *I* owned it. I love the hat band size adjuster- it made the fit VERY secure when needed in windy conditions on a river trip, and is easily adjustable. The brim is a nice size - big enough for effective sun protection, but not large that it's hard to wear in a car. Sometime last fall, I misplaced my beloved hat and have been sadly waiting to find it again, but to no avail. Luckily, I just found my original receipt with the name, size, and color (Iron Gray), and now number two is on its way. I truly hope it is as excellent as the first.
