I’m not sure what happened with mine; however, after minimal use, it was extremely difficult to clean and appears to be tarnishing to a certain degree. I’m not sure what to do next. Any advice on how best to clean would be appreciated. See pictures.

Ordered for Christmas Dinner, superior quality and look. Having worked in many kitchens, this roaster no doubt, will stand the test of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an incredible pan. Every year at Thanksgiving we end up getting the disposable kind, and this has been an absolute godsend. The inverted handles? Chefs kiss. You can use it for so many things like lasagna, etc. you get the idea. The quality also ensures even cooking, even if your oven has a bit of a variable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful roasting pan complete with rack. I think this will be amazing to cook a turkey in for the holidays. It’s large, so also a great option for a one-pan meal to meal prep or feed a crowd. No complaints on heat distribution during the cooking process. I will say that it is a seriously heavy duty roaster, so it is quite weighty. I also had to rearrange the racks in my oven so it would fit. The handles are rather tall above the rim of the pan, so it adds extra height. I have not ran it through the dishwasher, but it came clean after soaking so remnants wiped away easily. I can see this lasting me a lifetime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Viking 3ply stainless steel roaster with rack is an incredible addition to my cookware family. I had an all clad roaster but it was Teflon lined and I much prefer this stainless option for deglazing. It is a nice size and cooks evening. Fantastic product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I've never owned a roaster pan let alone use on top of the stove! LOL I decided to make chicken for Alfredo and boy....CAME OUT FANTASTIC!! This pan evenly cooks, keeps all the juices in, and browns and crisps just perfectly! Best chicken I've ever made! Now, cleaning it. I have a very shallow small sink so anything over wok size is hard. BUT... it cleans so well!!!!! Everything washed off easily! I love this pan! I've made great steak fajitas in it too!

I roasted a chicken 3 days after receiving it, I was very excited and very impressed. The size is great- can comfortably fit a chicken and definitely a turkey. It was easy to lift in and out of the oven and transferring the chicken on the rack was simple as well. The juices didnt stick badly to the pan at all, in fact it wiped off super easily. Sorry the photos arent super fancy- i also forgot to photograph the chicken in the roaster once it was done, hence why you have a photo of it on a separate pan! But still I wanted to show my real (albeit not very flattering) photos. PS chicken doesnt look super seasoned however it was in a wet brine for 24 hours and turned out DELICIOUS!
