The service was professional. I asked questions, received answers to product, how long progressive lenses would take to produce and the when they'd be ready. Frames fit perfect, my discount was accepted and everything was accomplished in under 30 minutes. There were others who came in with little patients and were rude, "help me", "I need these glasses ASAP", "Do I get credit?" The manager and assistant manager did their best to accommodate and help these patrons. It maybe best for customers to understand their needs will be met in a timely matter and understand they're not the only ones in the store.

I have worn glasses now for 15 years. I don't have much of a prescription and with plastic lenses my glasses have always been light. With these frames, I forget I have my glasses on they are so light. I have had Ray Ban frames in the past and have always liked them. They are well built and typically light, these frames are amazing.

Despite an adjustment, frames are intolerably loose. Constantly pushing them back up my nose.

These always feel like they are about to fall off my face. Also, the progressive lenses never seem to allow me to focus clearly. I have gone back to my 3-year-old Armani glasses, which are secure and I can see better with.

I love Ray-Ban glasses...always quality and great styles

I like the size and weight of these glasses but my only complaint is that the temples won't stay tight, regardless of how many times you try to tighten them, and when you remove them they constantly close and flop around.

Have dad the glasses for about six weeks. They are much lighter than my previous glasses, fit better, and the prescription was updated.

I haven’t got my glasses yet. Been waiting since March!!

Look good, nice design quality lenses but the frame is made in china and quality of build is not nearly as good as my other RayBan's which are stampped with "Made in Italy"
