I can’t return! I have ordered so many plants in the past! This time so disappointed! Kept getting lost In the mail but had little package heat bags still died! I won’t order ever again! I threw in garbage no photos. Just the red anthurium or plant was alive!

The worst product ever!!! It came completely wilted in the mail. Worst customer service ever!!

Mine never looked like picture. Dead upon delivery. No funds on plants beware.

Cute but not growing

My plant was dried up and dead! Since it was final, I couldn't get a return or my money back. I am disappointed in Macy's on this. I have been a loyal customer for years and I have never gotten a bad product like this without a return...... Dead plants are not good for Valentine's Day for the one you love...

Paid 25.95 for expedited shipping so plant could arrive in time for a wake. Arrived 7 days after wake. Customer service frustrating and did not follow through on what they promised for a refund.

Arrived nice, after 1 day started to wilt. It’s still living but not sure for how long

The plant was in good condition and I am very happy with it.
