Seiko мужские золотые часы на браслете, 36.9mm

Worst customer service. I wanted to call before purchasing online to ensure the watch was available for pickup tomorrow as it claims so on the website. North point mall in GA answered immediately and informed me it was not there despite it saying so for their location. I called perimeter mall in GA’s location and got the run around for over 20 minutes! That department couldn’t be reached despite me trying other departments to get connected as well. I was trying to catch the sale but I will instead pay its true price and will be purchasing this at Dillard’s. I will not be purchasing watches with Macy’s again.

Bought it 2 weeks ago and the item keeps getting delayed and hasn’t been delivered

This is a replacement for the same watch. The original watch is 15 years old. This is an exceptionally durable and good looking watch.

It never shipped, so after near a week I cancelled the order, awaiting refund now

As of now I have yet to receive the item I ordered. What is the problem!
