My husband bought me this lovely gold heart necklace for our 50th anniversary. It is just the right length and looks beautiful on. The shipping was quick, and you let us know when it was coming.

I purchased this necklace as a birthday gift to myself. Necklace arrived on May 15, I purchased it with the Macy’s credit card. The actual necklace itself in less than 45 days turned copper. I was so upset. I even closed my credit card with Macy’s. They will give me no grace on replacing it. Or refunding half of the amount. Do not purchase this item and any jewelry item you purchased get the insurance. Even though it could be the actual material itself that you cannot control, changes color they will not assist you. It’s too bad so sad. The necklace state is gold plated yet in 43 days it turned orange copper. They did not refund me or even try to compensate me with a replacement. As I was more than happy to return the one that they originally sent me. I’m so upset. I literally closed my Macy’s credit card account.. I wish I could provide pictures.

Very beautiful but very light. For it to cost so much the quality doesn’t add up. Returned it immediately.

My God I'm so upset seeing this. It's to late for me to return been five months, what made me go back to this was because the color changed Macy's I bought a few different items that has changed color. This isn't right.

This necklace is beautiful. It feels great on my skin. I did not read gold plated, and for the price, I had to return it. This is way too expensive for a plated piece. Even at 50% off.

I hadn't even put it on and it had already tarnished. It is very light and it feels very cheap. I am disappointed on the price I paid vs the very low quality.
