I bought a 3 pack of shirts and they were 3 different sizes. The material was so thin on one of them that you could actually see through it. I am very very disappointed in this product. It seems that Macys is starting to poor quality clothes. I was a faithful shopper but this may be what changes my mind about them. don’t buy it. 😡😡😡😡
The image showed a tight collar, however the v goes too far down the chest. Not as tight as shown on website.
I purchased this as a gift . They came loose in the shipping bag that had holes in it. I’ll return them personally because apparently these is no customer care . Who does that. And I hope someone in management would take a look at these reviews. The product looks good but the service needs to step it up.. it’s embarrassing to try to give this asa gift now

I have not received my shirts yet. I contacted Macy's and they told me they will let me know in 72 hours and I have not heard from them too. No wonder you guys are getting bad reputation these days.
The neck line/gap is too wide in my opinion. I wasn't impressed with the cut either.
Never received the merchandise, which was ordered December 28, 2023. Tracking information indicates that a shipping label has not been created. Have had three phone calls with customer service & issue is not resolved. Was told Macy’s may take up to 90 days to attend to this issue.
