The purse won’t even open. I’m not going to try and jimmy it either because then it won’t be returnable. Macy’s really needs to do better with researching their vendors.

Ordered item for my daughter. Very disappointed. It had such a strong chemically smell that we just wrapped it back up and returned it.

I absolutely love this purse! I bought the Rose Gold. No issues with clasp. I received so many compliments on the purse. It’s a perfect size. Great to have the option to use the beautiful strap or hold as clutch!

This was beautiful but the clasp stuck in the closed position. Used it at my son's wedding and got no photos of my own because my phone was trapped inside and no one was able to get the clasp opened. Eventually someone did and I emptied my things but once closed it would not open again. Don't know if this is a problem with just this one.

I bought this in the red, it's the color of Dorthys rubby red slippers(just love it). I will use it next Valentines with a ruby red sequin gown.
