The box was unopened yet it was missing one of the tips. I don’t know which one- level 1 or 2. The paperwork is vague.

I have used this a few times and think it does an ok job. My skin feels smoother after Each use. I am in my 60's, so not sure that it will work miracles. it is easy to use once you get the hang of it. You just have to be careful not to keep it in one place for long, or you will get very red. I got mine on sale, so I feel it was a good value for the money i spent.

I'm 46. Brow skin, dry and flaky skin especially in the winter, wrinkles and sagging eyes, my face looks so much brighter and wrinkles is less and my face is brighter smoother with a beautiful glow. Any foundation, doesn't matter how cheap looks flawless. I wish I did this 10 years ago. So many dead skin in that little wool ball, it's unbelievable. Really it's unbelievable .

ok- getting it charged was a small struggle- it has to be firmly in the port. but yes it’s extremely powerful. maybe even too strong. I couldn’t really go last level 1,2. so yes I’m happy with this device. do not use retinols before using.

The good: it works very well. Surprisingly powerful. The bad: if you have sensitive skin, pass. I’ve tried it a couple of times on the lowest setting and it left me bruised. I really wanted to keep it because it really is a quality product. Sadly, it’s not for me.

An excellent replacement for my professional treatments. Due to pandemic, I have not been able to see my professional esthetician. I have used another brand, but started with this one 2 weeks ago. Very effective, Filter needs changing after each use. Also be careful how you hold handle or you may accidentally increase suction.

For the price of one session at the salon I have my own kit! So good for the skin - I don't recommend more than once a week though. Can't wait to see results from longer, more consistent use!

My face is looking brighter and smoother. It has removed a lot of dead skin cells especially on my nose and chin. I recommend starting out slow until you get used to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this microdermabrasion device. It is easy to use and very quick setup from box to face. I was sure to read the instruction booklet before I started. I first used it on my forehead which for me is the toughest part of my face. I started on one power and knew immediately I could bump up to 3 with no problem. I worked from top to bottom running the wand first horizontally then vertically. The diamond tip is rough and takes some getting used to but by the third time I was able to zip along using this pattern quickly. Some parts of the face may need the skin to be pulled taut to really get in there. I do a quick rinse and then use the other end of the unit built in cooling disc to run across my entire face. This reduces redness and feel soothing and refreshing, my favorite part! I noticed results within the first 3 sessions and my skin texture and tone has improved after using for just over a month now. A huge benefit for me that I can see is my face is less red and now is more smooth to the touch. I noticed the skin around my eyes seems plumper which seems to cause a reduction in the fine lines at the edges of my eyes and the area just below. 10 out of 10 for this device it is so easy to use and happy to report provides effective results!

At first when I used it I didn’t really have the hang of it but now that I’ve used it a few times it’s gotten a lot better. My skin has never looked better and I’m really excited to continue using it. It hurts a little bit but it’s not painful. If you’re looking for something to improve your skin I would recommend this. You’ll be a little red so don’t do it before going out.
