It’s very cheap! In 3 days two pearls fell off even though I was wearing in only to parties- not going to recommend!

I received April 10th. On June 9th, I noticed a pearl missing. I contacted customer service and the said it was nothing they could do because it was normal wear and tear. Having a ring for 2 months and a pearl falling out isn't normal wear and tear. I didn't even wear it everyday. I want a refund or the ring replaced. This is unacceptable Macy's! I would give a zero if I could.

I should have listened to all the other reviews. The ring is nice until it isn’t. Lost a stone after only ONE wear. Sending it back right away.

Bought 2 rings for my daughter and I. Within a couple of days 2 pearls fell off mine and within a couple of weeks my daughter lost 2 as well. Poor quality as they appear to be glued on. Save your money! Macys should not carry such cheap quality.

I purchased this ring as a gift to my daughter after her dog Pearl died. Pearl was 1 of 3 dogs. The symbolism is self-evident. She had it for a month, and then a pearl fell off. I looked at reviews, and the only 1 star review had a pearl fell off. Hmmmmm. Went to return item, but it was more than 30 days from purchase. Not returnable. But, they could send it off for a repair estimate!!? It's not as if she found the tiny pearl. This ring meant the world to her. So...I buy another one in January. She texted me today, and she wrote: "same pearl fell out of the ring😭😭😭" DO NOT PURCHASE THIS RING. If you are foolish enough to buy it, remember you can't return it after 30 days post-purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. SPEND YOUR $$$ WISELY. JUST DON'T BUY THIS.

Missing a pearl

It is a very delicate ring. I would not recommend wearing everyday. But I am going to take the chance.....so pretty.
