We've had this unit for about 2-3 months and now it won't come on. Push "Power", a couple lights flash, then nothing. No display, no response from remote button inputs, nothing.
Worked for a year without major issues, but it now leaks and I cannot fill it with water..
I bought this and it worked fine at first. But at one point I filled it up and a short time later, there was water everywhere. The thing leaked water all over my floor. No idea why.
We bought two of these and they worked fine when new. But after a while problems started. Both units spilled all the water out on the floor, 2 gallons all over the floor for no apparent reason. Then the units stopped working entirely. Lights still go on, but no steam is produced. Tried cleaning, still didn't work. Can't seem to fix them.
I’ve had this humidifier for about a year and a half. I kept it clean and changed the demineralization capsules as recommended. My grandson told me one morning that the carpet around the humidifier was soaking wet! I believe the shut-off float had stopped working and it dumped the full 2 gallon of water all over the bedroom floor! It never really seemed to pit out much vapor and I had it set up o 50% because I have several high value guitars hanging in that bedroom. I don’t recommend using this humidifier at all!
This unit absolutely doesn’t work. I’ve had it for two years and always have to switch to my trusty Vornado. After days of running the Homedixs, , the air is just as dry.. definitely do not recommend this unit.
This humidifier is the best i have used. It's convenient, fill in place, programmable timer, and 3 strength settings help you customize the use according to your need.
I absolutely agree with the other reviews, but my machine stopped working randomly. In December, I will have had two my humidifier for two years.
Bought 3 last year gave 2 of them as gifts. Works very well. You can feel the difference. Especially if you have forced
My humidifer leaked everywhere! We had thought it would be a great addition to our bedroom. We did not expect to have to also replace our flooring and drywall on the ceiling below us! AVOID THIS ONE!
