Just received this Topper. The first thing I noticed as I was putting it on my bed was there are no straps on each end to secure the Topper from moving as it states in the description.

Terrible never fluffed after48 hours, there was a strong odor that gave me an Allergy attack and I found hair on the product, terrible I wouldn’t suggest it

When I called Customer support for this, the CS person told me this is not a macy's issue and it is a supplier issue. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the CS person hung up on me,.
