I got the watch for my son graduation. He loves it at the beginning. 2 days later he found that watch not running accurately even though it just wind. We brought it back to Macy's store at 34th street in Manhattan try to return it. The manager said it was a final sale and refuse the return. I asked him where it said was a final sale but he just refer me to look online. I walked to another cashier and have the watch return successfully and request to speak to the manager again. He said he is going to lunch and just hiding from me. Thank you for reading this and I will no longer a Macy's customer.

Shipping is HORRIBLE! Still has not came in yet. The tracking doesn’t even work properly. And it’s days late! So disappointing! I would have paid for express if it was going to be continuously delayed!!

Excellent price for an excellent Seiko 5 Watch

I bought this watch in July, 2025. It loses 15 seconds a day which is about seven minutes a month, I expected more accurate time keeping.

Beautiful watch. The midnight blue face is perfect! A tad heavy and the lume is average which prevents me from giving 5 stars.

I would like to begin with saying that Leslie, my customer service representative, was amazing in correcting my order. The wrong watch was ordered, and she was able to order the correct one for me, and generously made up for the error. Macy's has never, ever disappointed me. The watch has handsome lines and the blue dial has a diametric sheen. The weight speaks to the quality of the piece. If you are looking for a comparable piece to the Presage line ... this watch is it!!
