rectangle or oblong

Just received my 4th oblong 60x102, that I didn't order. I want the rectangle one but keep getting sent the wrong one. the barcode I have is 194590046040. the representative said that she's going to send me a replacement order once the warehouse changes the barcode. I think whoever created this item, has to change the catalog ID or description so I don't keep ordering the wrong one.
