I placed my order 12/21/25 with an estimated 3-6 day shipment. It is now over 2 wks and my tracking states my item is delayed. I am glad this was not a gift and I purchased this for myself because its outrageous. Macys should not give an estimated date if its not going to be even close to that. Disappointed.
My 3rd ring purchase and each time a diamond has fallen out of the setting
I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for the star rewards I earned from this large purchase and still haven’t received it. I even called and waiting on hold for a half hour and they said they would take care of it and still nothing.
Wonderful gift, good value. Thank you for the courteous and easy pick-up service in store.
Dainty and stained my finger
