Too small plus too expensive my stuff not gonna fit in it .

I bought this set last month. The zipper was defective and I followed the rules for a replacement exchange. The company acknowledged the defect and said they would send me the replacement out asap. Three weeks later NO replacement. The company won’t answer any of my emails. Very poor customer service

I bought the 17” under seat carry on. I am very disappointed at the quality of the handle. It’s very flimsy. You really can push it or pull it comfortably. It feels like it will break and you really have no control when push it around. I also don’t like that you can’t change how high you want handle. It looks like you can but it just goes to it’s high setting. I took it to my first trip last week. I wanted to use it before writing a review. It looks great and it’s perfect size, but I wish I could return it and get something sturdier. I would recommend another brand with a sturdier handle.
