Good price. Item really cute. CSRs were horrible?

It was significantly bent and had a musty smell.

Such a great after Christmas price I could not resist purchasing!

I actually ordered two of these at two separate times. The first one arrived in perfect shape. It is really a nice addition for holiday decorating next year. The colors are bright and cheerful. The second one was equally colorful, but unfortunately, the shipping was poor and the box was bowed and bent the sign. We decided to try to set heavy objects on the sign and it is pretty much acceptable. I think it should not have been sent just in it's regular box, but in another box to insure getting to the destination safely. I did not reduce the five star rating as it was not about the item, but the shipping of the second sign.

Just perfect.
