These are substantial, gloss white and very elegant looking and I have had them for years now and use daily and still appear brand new. I fill half to two thirds way with morning coffee and cream and it stays warmer than any other mug I have perhaps because of the height. Also perfect for at home smoothie. Just checking to see if Macys still carried as would be terrific dividing set into individual gifts with cocoa packets and chocolates etc.

They can be used hot or cold. Love these for my mocha coffee.These are dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer safe! I love them!

Beautiful! Large drink capacity with narrow footprint. The look elegant and take up little storage place.

Way to big for my take

THOUGHT i ORDERED ONE CUP(MUG); THATS FINE i LIKE BIG MUGS; i JUST WORRY IF THEY WILL CHIP OR BREAK EASILY. i LIKE A VERY LARGE COFFEE IN THE MORNING; THATS WHY i GOT THE CUP. i JUST SIT ON MY PORCH AND WATCH THE WATER IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE; THATS WHY i NEED A LARGE COFFEE; STARTS MY DAY.

Perfect coffee mugs!

One mug is chipped inside the box. So I’ve started a return and reordered. Once that new order arrives and I have a full set of 4 unbroken mugs the rest will be going back to Macys.

Nice but they are heavy

What can I say - these mugs need an entire shelf as they definitely have main character energy! They are much taller than they look in the photo and while that is my fault for not looking for a measurement, they looked much shorter (I did know they’d be big as they are 20oz) but they take up some serious real estate in the cabinet! I wish they had come in a single mug as 4 just takes up a lot of space. Are we keeping them? Yes (my husband thinks these are the best mugs in the world!) Did I have to get rid of some other mugs to fit them? Also yes…6 to be exact to fit these 4 monsters! If you like large, you’ll love these!

Latte cups beautiful, but waaaay too big and heavy for my wrist with no liquid inside. I’m returning them.
