I did not receive it yet and received no emails about UPS tracking or status. It was supposed to arrive 7/16 then 7/17, still not received. Only after calling the KOP store and tried multiple times to get someone on the phone, was I able to reach a helpful associate in the jewelry department who gave me the UPS tracking number. I shipped to store to save shipping but regret that decision. Birthday has passed so not sure what to do now. Annoyed
