Purchased this kettle on June 17th, and by July 18th it completely stopped working. Unfortunately, it's past the 30-day return window. Very disappointed — this turned out to be a waste of money.
This kettle just stopped working a few months after purchasing.
I use my kettle several times a day - for so much more than water for tea! (although I use it a lot for that!) I love that I can easily program temperature for my needs - different teas, etc. And that it maintains the temperature for a couple of hours. The sign is nice, love the blue backlight on the buttons, and the handle makes it easy to pour, even when filled with water.

I like the fast rolling boil time. The programmable feature for water temperature. The fact that water stays hot for 2 hours.
I love this kettle!! Not only does it look great but it’s fast and convenient. Stove top kettles take so long while this one is ready so quickly!! It also has a large capacity so I can make tea for everyone at once and you can even choose the temperature.
Very easy set up, very easy to use. Heats the water quickly and holds the temperature. Has a sleek, compact look. Received as a gift and I love it!
Love the clean and modern look of this kettle. The blue color light while on is nice and attractive. Heats water quickly. I especially like the programable feature of this kettle. An additional function that is very helpful is the feature to keep the water hot at a certain temperature for one hour. This is a great kettle. Worth the price!
My new favorite appliance in my kitchen. Received this as a wedding gift a few months ago and just love this. Best feature is that you are able to adjust the temperature by 5 degree increments which I have learned is very important when brewing tea properly. Green tea gets brewed at 140d and Black and Herbal Tea get brewed at 200. All possible with this beautiful Solac. I would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for an incredible hot water tea maker.
